A : You may send an inquiry through our contact form and fill out a new client questionnaire (found below) and we will reply within 3 days.

A : Our retainer is 25% of the initial contract, with the remaining balance paid in full due (30) days before your wedding/event date.

A : Absolutely! Changes may be made up until 30 days before your wedding date or event date and final payment has been made. To request a change, you may simply email or call us. Email is preferred.

A : Not at this time

A : All delivery, setup, and teardown is included in the proposal unless discussed otherwise. We arrive for delivery and setup per the time provided by the bride, planner and/or venue.

A : Ina J Designs or team members do not stay the entire time unless worked out previously. Team members come set up and leave. A team comes close to the end of your wedding or event to clean up greenery and florals plus, pack up all things floral including all decorations.

A: Yes! You are more than welcome to keep the floral but cannot keep any of the hardgoods. Ina J Designs will pack flowers in cardboard boxes for you to carry home. We will come back for teardown/strike to gather the vases, candles, pedestals, branches, arch rentals etc.

A: Flowers availability differs throughout the year! While we will do our best to find your favorite flowers, we always have beautiful back up options for you to choose from as well.

A:You will always find cheaper, or more expensive, but quality is key. Ina J Designs is known to do more than you paid for because your day or event is important.

Season of Wedding

Wedding season, March, April, May, August, September & October are the most popular moths and florals are at a premium cost.

Size of Wedding Party

The more people in your wedding party, the more bouquets, corsages, and table centerpieces you’ll need.

Guest Tables

The more guest count means more tables and more centerpieces.

Can I reuse florals from ceremony?

It takes planning before the event but there are a lot of florals that can be reused. For instance, bouquets can be used in centerpieces. Whiskey barrel tops can be moved. Many times your planner will move florals. If the planner and their team is not available to move florals, team members from Ina J Designs can stay at an added cost.
